What is
Skills in Action?
Based on new workplace competency models, the training capsules of the Skills in Action© program cover skills in occupational health and safety, collaboration, innovation, adaptability, problem-solving, communication, and literacy, including numeracy, reading, and digital literacy.
The Skills in Action certification validates an individual's ability to learn and acquire knowledge and skills related to the workplace. The online training leads to the development of independent learning capability.
