Comprehensive Training Portal
The Skills in Action online training portal is a platform that offers over 60 hours of training. The trainings are based on the Skills for Success model.
The online training portal provides a personalized learning experience that includes two key applications:
- Learner Application
- Manager Application
Application Features:
The Learner Application is a feature on the portal which allows the learner to connect to their training activities.
Using the Learner Application, you can:
- Connect to the portal
- Review training plans
- Access training modules
Rewards and Recognition
This feature includes a system for rewarding and recognizing learner progress and achievements. For example, it highlights:
- Skills mastered
- Workshops and training modules completed
- Learners’ commitment to their training plans
The Manager Application allows the manager to:
- Register learners.
- Manage training activities.
- Facilitate the planning of the Skills for Success training.
- Assign workshops and training modules to learners based on the level and needs of each learner.
- Create individual and customized training plans for each learner. Training programs can also be assigned according to their occupation for groups of workers.
- Track the progress of each learner or group of learners by showing which training activities have been completed and which have yet to be completed.
